The Law Society of NSW is Australia's largest and most influential membership association for solicitors. We're not all lawyers, but we work together to support the legal profession and ensure a just society for all.In this position you will work as part of an energetic team, executing the Law Society’s marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving the promotion of our member engagement strategies, as well as the promotion of events, products, and services, which will ultimately create positive engagement with and sentiment for the Law Society brand.Responsibilities  As a key member of the team, you will be involved in broad range of marketing projects. Other key elements of this role include website management/edits and updates, building and creating content for eDM campaigns and developing creative campaigns. They will also help drive member lifecycle and segmentation projects.You will:Support the implementation of marketing plans for our member and practice connections partners, working with them to create compelling and effective marketing content.Support the execution and optimise integrated campaigns and initiatives for both partners and internal Law Society stakeholders as requiredDrive a member-led, insights-focused approach and intelligently use data and research in decision-makingManage and maintain web content to a high standard, including regular content audits and constant improvementTrack, measure and report on marketing campaigns across all channelsUpdate and optimise (including A/B and multivariate testing and personalisation) digital content across digital, mobile and social media channelsMeasure campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimum return on investmentRequirementsWith excellent communication skills, you have the confidence and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You are a self-starter and great problem solver who can work as part of a team or autonomously to deliver and meet deadlines. You have excellent interpersonal and client management skills.A degree in marketing and/or communications. A knowledge of or interest in law preferableExperience in website management and building e-newsletters.
